Dewan Foods is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to oversee and expand sales and distribution activities within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, particularly in food, spices, or consumer goods, with proven skills in distributor management, retail sales development, and team leadership. This full-time position is based in Murree and requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The role demands a proactive individual capable of driving sales growth, managing field teams, and maintaining excellent market coverage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales operations within the assigned territory to ensure business growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently while expanding market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to optimize product availability.
- Supervise Order Bookers and field sales teams, ensuring effective team performance.
- Ensure comprehensive market coverage and timely product delivery.
- Identify and onboard new distributors and explore additional business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate timely order execution and facilitate payment recovery processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG sector.
- Experience in the food, spices, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and local retail market dynamics.
- Proven track record in distributor management and sales team supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Preference will be given to local candidates familiar with the territory.
