The Territory Sales Officer role is a full-time position based in Faisalabad, offering a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site visits with flexible work-from-home options. This position is responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Daily tasks include visiting various market channels, monitoring stock levels, ensuring product visibility, executing promotional campaigns, and tracking sales performance to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by maintaining effective relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability, product placement, and overall brand visibility.
- Execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
- Analyze territory sales trends and prepare detailed sales reports to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely supply of products and effective campaign implementation.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve sales coverage and achieve set targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Travel within the territory as required to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven sales skills with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in distribution management and channel sales, including handling wholesale and retail networks.
- Strong background in sales management and business planning, with the ability to develop and execute territory strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications and familiarity with sales reporting and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a hybrid work model.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
