The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) plays a vital role in driving AGTL’s aftersales business for genuine spare parts and lubricants within assigned territories. This position focuses on managing sales channels strategically, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty. The TSO will work closely with dealers, mechanics, market shops, and farmers to expand market share and ensure the availability of genuine products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for genuine spare parts and lubricants within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, mechanics, market shops, and farmers to foster customer loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on thorough market analysis and customer insights.
- Support and coach dealers on best practices to enhance their aftersales business and revenue performance.
- Generate and convert new sales leads to expand the customer base and market share.
- Optimize inventory levels with dealers and workshops to ensure product availability while avoiding overstocking.
- Conduct regular dealership audits, implement improvement plans, and organize service campaigns as needed.
- Perform market research and provide actionable insights and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu; proficiency in Punjabi is an advantage.
- Proficient computer user with experience in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, strategic planning, and budget development.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, relevant work experience will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with the tractor industry and aftersales business in Pakistan.
