The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) plays a vital role in driving AGTL’s aftersales business for genuine spare parts and lubricants within assigned territories. This position focuses on managing sales channels strategically, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service. The TSO is responsible for promoting repeat purchases and enhancing brand loyalty by engaging dealers, mechanics, market shops, and farmers. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, market analysis, and customer engagement to ensure sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets for genuine spare parts and lubricants within assigned territories.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, mechanics, market shops, and farmers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on thorough market analysis and customer insights.
- Support and coach dealers on best practices to improve their aftersales business and revenue generation.
- Identify and convert new sales leads to expand market share and grow the customer base.
- Manage inventory levels with dealers and workshops to maintain product availability while avoiding overstocking.
- Conduct regular dealership audits, implement improvement plans, and organize service campaigns as needed.
- Perform market research and provide actionable insights and reports to aid strategic planning and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Urdu, and preferably Punjabi.
- Proficient computer user with familiarity in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, strategy development, and budgeting.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel frequently as required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though relevant work experience will be an advantage.
- Understanding of the tractor industry and aftersales business in Pakistan.
