Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited (AGTL), a subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group, is renowned for its corporate excellence and consistent achievements. The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) plays a critical role in driving AGTL’s aftersales business for genuine spare parts and lubricants across assigned territories. This position focuses on managing sales channels strategically, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service. The TSO is responsible for promoting repeat purchases and enhancing brand reputation by engaging dealers, mechanics, and farmers, ensuring product availability, and supporting continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for genuine spare parts and lubricants within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, mechanics, market shops, and farmers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on thorough market analysis and customer insights.
- Support and coach dealers on best practices to improve their aftersales business and revenue generation.
- Identify and convert new sales leads to expand market share and customer base.
- Manage inventory levels with dealers and workshops to ensure optimal product availability without overstocking.
- Conduct regular dealership audits, implement improvement plans, and organize service campaigns as needed.
- Perform market research and provide actionable insights and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu; proficiency in Punjabi is an advantage.
- Proficient computer user with experience in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, strategy development, and budgeting processes.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though relevant work experience will be preferred.
- Understanding of the tractor industry and aftersales business in Pakistan.

- Strong ability to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Experience in coaching and supporting dealers to improve business performance.
