Territory Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive with 1-2 years of proven experience in outdoor sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up meetings with potential clients and develop new buyers by nurturing relationships with customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking efforts.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and assess customer needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop, sustain, and build solid working relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales volume and market share targets, while tracking progress towards sales goals.

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of proven hardcore outdoor sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven with a proactive sales approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 per month.
- The work location requires in-person attendance, providing direct engagement with clients and the sales team.
