Territory Sales Supervisor (Grade: L1) – Talagang, Punjab, Pakistan
JazzWorld is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be part of a focused group working under the Regional Operating Model led by the Regional Business Head. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive regional sales growth, specifically in JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development. Your daily efforts will contribute directly to expanding our market presence and improving operational efficiency within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Jazz’s values, business model, products, and market dynamics.
- Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits ensuring stock availability.
- Manage one or two assigned franchises based on potential and geographic spread, maintaining daily oversight and follow-up.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with franchise and retail networks to facilitate smooth operations.
- Drive retail and distribution network development by engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DO).
- Focus on key enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent to Agent servicing), market float management, and DO service levels.
- Ensure recharge activities (Jazz Load & Scratch cards) meet performance standards, keeping non-performers below 5%.
- Collaborate with DOs to maintain minimum balance retailers below 5%.
- Achieve target KPIs including recharge volumes, gross additions (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash transactions (DR, Cash-In, M-Wallet), mobile broadband (MBB) sales, and active retail base growth.
- Plan and engage retailers in Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets.
- Optimize trade marketing utilization and expand channel footprint while improving key performance indicators.
- Maintain territory integrity and control infringement issues.
- Foster healthy relationships with retailers and franchise owners to support business growth.
- Continuously review and improve JazzCash and voice-related KPIs for your team.
- Bring proactive and creative ideas to enhance team performance and operational processes.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, explaining profitability models to strengthen partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully delivering challenging projects with end-to-end responsibility from planning through rollout and feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision to enhance sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Experience in achieving monthly KPIs related to JazzCash wallet activation, postpaid and prepaid sales, remittances, cash-in, and mobile number portability (MNP).
- Demonstrated ability to increase business penetration and meet assigned sales targets consistently.
- Strong background in sales management and channel development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to strengthen and develop channel partnerships.
