Key Responsibilities

- Develop and update automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Write automation scripts and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test data.
- Execute automated test suites to ensure software quality.
- Analyze automation test reports and identify application issues.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to resolve application faults.
- Track software bugs discovered during automation and follow up on their resolution.
- Participate in automation-related training sessions to stay current with industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, VB Script, C#, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Practical knowledge of automation frameworks; experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of databases and related procedures.
- Familiarity with various testing protocols and methodologies, including white box and black box testing.
- Good grasp of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
