We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Content & Catalogue Manager to create, upload, organise and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce websites specialising in scientific laboratory, medical and industrial equipment.

The primary responsibility will be to copy, extract, format and upload product content, technical specifications and images from provided source websites, catalogues and datasheets, as well as create and optimise product listings.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 23 years of experience in e-commerce product listing, content management or catalogue management.
Proven experience copying, extracting, formatting and uploading product content and images from supplied sources.
Experience with Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce or custom PHP e-commerce platforms.
Strong Microsoft Excel and CSV data management skills.
Ability to manage large product catalogues with thousands of products.
Basic knowledge of SEO and image optimisation.
Good written English and excellent attention to detail.
Experience with scientific, laboratory, medical or industrial equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Product Content Collection: Copy and extract product descriptions, technical specifications, features and applications from provided sources.
Product Image Management: Download, organise, resize, rename and optimise product images from authorised sources.
Product Listing: Create, upload, edit and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce websites.
Content Creation and Formatting: Prepare accurate, professional and properly formatted product descriptions, features and technical specification tables.
Catalogue Management: Organise products into appropriate categories and subcategories, including product attributes, variations and specifications.
Bulk Uploads: Prepare and upload product data using Excel, CSV files and e-commerce bulk import tools.
SEO Optimisation: Prepare SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, meta tags, URLs and image alt text.
Quality Control: Check product information, specifications, images, formatting, duplicate listings and missing content.
Multi-Website Management: Maintain product catalogues across multiple independent e-commerce brands.
Team Coordination: Work with website developers, designers and SEO specialists.
