We are seeking a motivated and research-driven Textile Engineer to join our R&D team focused on exploring alternative natural fibers as potential substitutes for conventional jute fiber. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative fiber development projects, working hands-on with various natural fibers and conducting experimental trials to support sustainable textile solutions. The position is based in Muzaffar Garh and is ideal for candidates with up to one year of relevant experience or fresh graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities centered on alternative natural fibers such as hemp, banana, and cotton.
- Perform fiber characterization and testing using laboratory techniques to analyze material properties.
- Manage fiber processing, blending, and experimental trials to evaluate fiber performance and suitability.
- Develop innovative fiber products by experimenting with alternative materials and improving existing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product innovation and ensure research outcomes align with project goals.
- Document research findings and prepare technical reports to communicate results effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering.
- Practical knowledge of textile fibers, laboratory testing, and material analysis.
- Understanding of R&D experimentation processes within the textile industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment and conduct detailed fiber testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in sustainable fiber development.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience or academic exposure to natural fiber research, particularly in jute processing or textile laboratories, will be highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with material development and fiber blending techniques is desirable.
- This is an in-person role based in Muzaffar Garh, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs800,000 depending on experience and expertise.
