Responsibilities
- Start up the Processing Production with all new equipment’s
- Deals in all kind of production matter in Dye/ Bleach/Wash, Product Quality, new recipes development.
- Resolve all yarn related problems after discussion with Lab/PD/Yarn Dye House Teams to minimize the waste number
- Discuses all dye/chemical issue according to cost and quality as per customer testing and quality parameters
- Also, active member of PE team that purpose is to resolve all new article problems before start up in Production.
- Real working in plant on Lean basis to be minimize the Processing WIP (max at 2 days) for fast flow of materials
