Textile & Workwear Merchandiser (Mid)

Vorson, a diversified B2B execution partner established in 2006 and part of the TAG Group family of companies active since 1998, specializes in delivering professional services across various sectors. We serve corporate, institutional, and public/private clients with expertise in corporate gifting, textiles and workwear, printing and packaging, digital signage, and marketing execution. We are currently seeking a Textile & Workwear Merchandiser to independently manage client orders from initial costing through to final delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient execution throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire order lifecycle, including costing, sourcing, sampling, production, and delivery.
- Negotiate pricing and lead times with fabric and trim suppliers to optimize cost efficiency and timelines.
- Coordinate closely with factories to ensure production aligns with client specifications and deadlines.
- Review and approve samples prior to client submission, maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee multiple client accounts and production schedules simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Address and resolve any quality or delivery issues in collaboration with the production team to maintain client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in textile or garment merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, sizing, costing, and production timelines.
- Proven experience managing relationships with suppliers and factories.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Business, or a related field.
