The Amerilodge Group Pakistan is seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to oversee and optimize revenue management strategies across its hospitality portfolio. This position requires a self-directed and flexible professional with at least five years of experience in hospitality or a related industry. The successful candidate will have expertise in revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, data analysis, and competitive analysis to ensure the achievement of revenue goals. Although this role does not involve managing a team directly, the candidate will serve as a leader by coordinating resources and influencing stakeholders across multiple departments such as Sales & Marketing, Catering, and Food & Beverage. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for implementing dynamic pricing strategies and managing various revenue management systems to maximize profitability. They will conduct detailed market analysis, monitor forecasts daily, and maintain a thorough understanding of competitors' pricing and market conditions. Collaboration with diverse teams and delivering training sessions to enhance revenue management culture are essential parts of this role. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, a commitment to professionalism, and a customer service-oriented mindset, aligning with company policies and values.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies utilizing available tools and systems to support company-wide financial goals.
  • Manage complex projects independently, coordinating multiple participants and aligning efforts with team objectives without direct supervision of a team.
  • Prepare detailed revenue forecasts and pricing plans for a rolling 12-month period, emphasizing actionable tactics for the forthcoming 90 days.
  • Monitor daily revenue performance, sales channels, and competitor market activities to make informed pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of revenue management and pricing systems, including brand-supported tools, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, Catering, and Food & Beverage departments to align revenue management initiatives with overall business plans.
  • Lead revenue management efforts for each property in the portfolio by owning revenue goals and influencing hotel teams to execute strategic pricing and sales tactics.
  • Review and approve all revenue and pricing decisions prior to implementation, ensuring compliance with company standards and maximizing profitability.
  • Guide the analysis of competitor set results, penetration indices, and forecasting data to remain competitive within the local market dynamics.
  • Manage the performance across all online travel agency platforms and ensure all sales channels and room types adhere to brand standards and industry regulations.
  • Facilitate regular revenue meetings with hotel management and relevant stakeholders to review performance metrics and adjust strategies as required.
  • Deliver educational workshops and training sessions to executive teams and portfolio members aimed at fostering a culture of revenue management excellence.
  • Ensure contracts and product data are accurately entered and maintained within brand and operational systems such as Holidex, Opera, and other comparable platforms.
  • Contribute expert insights and data for annual budgeting, sales mix analysis, and pricing strategies to guide financial planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct quarterly property visits to review systems, provide training, and assess revenue management practices for ongoing optimization.
  • Establish and maintain regular reporting on performance indicators such as STAR, Agency360, and Easy View to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Participate in comprehensive profit and loss reviews to assess overall financial health and impact of revenue management activities.
  • Manage specific administrative responsibilities including NHOP front desk system support, IHG RFP profile maintenance, and initial HCM database content generation.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, maintain professional behavior and appearance, and successfully complete all required education related to the role
