We invite applications for the position of Area Manager - Consumer Banking Group in our Branch Banking Division-Central & South.

Location: Jauharabad

Grade: Band-5 to Band-3

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

Achievement of CASA and total deposit targets of the branch on a monthly basis.
Achievement of total deposit targets of areas by meeting high net worth individuals and corporate customers, ensuring continuous relationship deepening at branches with existing customers.
Constantly tapping the target market and introducing the bank to potential customers.
Meeting clients and maintaining follow-up records with potential customers.
Ensuring compliance with operational risk management policies and procedures.
Improvement in audit category by enhancing branch working and implementing policies and procedures of BOP under SBP guidelines.
Implementation and daily updating of DCFC & RCSA, along with consistent review.
Ensuring and maintaining efficiency in the branch by designing and implementing smooth workflows.
Implementing and monitoring turnaround time for each transaction while assuring customer satisfaction.
Prompt and effective disposal of customer complaints and inquiries.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local or foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years of banking experience, with preference given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of September 21st, 2026.
