Chief of Staff and Strategy:

Major Responsibilities:    

  1. Overall responsibility to develop and ensure medium to long-term strategies, business plan of the bank and to pursue the strategic projects/investments, with introduction of a robust culture of follow-up and ensuing delivery in the concerned areas. Monitoring performance against assigned targets and variance analysis in line with bank’s strategy and business plan.
  2. Leading a culture change in context of quality assurance and service excellence in the bank with minimum complaints level. Building corporate image of the bank through media campaigns, event management etc. Increasing overall customer experience and satisfaction levels w.r.t different services provided across the bank.
  3. Overall managing the legal risks and its implications for bank while providing seamless legal services to internal customers. Strong coordination & efficient management of all legal cases, legal advices viz-a-viz liaison with law enforcement agencies.
  4. Act as Chief of Staff and ensure follow-up on the items of different departments on behalf of CEO.
  5. Manage and control strategic projects of the bank.
  6. Overseeing Marketing, advertising & branding etc.
  7. All regulatory & external agencies related follow-ups on behalf of CEO.    

The candidate should be eligible under FPT criteria of State Bank of Pakistan.

This position is SEVP/EVP level depending upon the selected individual’s capabilities, qualification & experience.

The position demands highly motivated, result-oriented individual with demonstrated experience & leadership skills and well-versed with applicable banking regulations, labor laws & practices.

General Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate from an HEC recognized University / Foreign University. Candidates having relevant international certifications will have added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of banking experience including 5 years at a senior managerial role in similar function(s).

Age: Not more than 55 years as of date of application
