Job Summary: 

  • Communicate with various stakeholders to understand & translate business needs and formulate complete end-to-end tech solutions.
  • Work closely with lending, Agri, SME and IT teams and understand and build digital finance and lending products, technology, architecture, platform, integration, migrations, developments and analyze technical capabilities and limitations.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of all digital lending, and Agri-tech initiatives and engage with all stakeholders for timely and efficient delivery in accordance with SBP regulations, security standards and Banks internal policies.
  • Deliver best in class platforms with latest digital banking capabilities in close coordination with Business, IT, Operations, Compliance teams and suppliers/vendors.
  • Manage the frontend development environment and workflow tools. Develop capability to integrate into Core Banking Platform through well-defined ESB and API management layers. 
  • Apply project management and preferably, agile methodologies to manage work delivery, based on inputs from business, develop and run themes, epics and user stories, prioritizes, manages and tracks progress. 
  • Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the functional design and architecture of application systems across multiple technologies and platforms
  • Prioritize product requirements based on data and business impact.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized University/Foreign University. Preferences will be given to Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science/IT. 

Age: Up to 55 Years as of August 15, 2022.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of banking experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having more than 3 years of banking experience a similar role.
