Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

Translate business strategy into product strategy: conceive, develop and launch market competitive liability products in line with the changing market and customer needs.
To innovate/improve customer onboarding journey and re-engineer process across the retail banking space including digitization of product delivery and journey.
To take full lead in managing product life cycle, strategy and roadmap.
Design and execute actions to reduce costs/manual processes.
To develop and execute customer communication plans for internal/ external advertisements through various mediums as per the demand of the product
To work with the IT/Operations in ensuring system readiness for housing new products.
To work with various functions in the bank – Customer Segments team, BOP KHAAS, BOP@Work banking, in developing complete customer CVP.
In addition, in this role, be a part of the team in designing and monitoring the budget process and reviewing financial performance of Retail Branches and recommend required changes based on each branch and its area dynamics.
Responsible for team management, development of resources and conducting regular review meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of March 10, 2023.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of Banking experience. Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience at similar role.
