Branch Manager

The BKRY is seeking a dedicated and proactive Branch Manager who will lead and manage a team of 15 employees to ensure the smooth operation and financial success of the branch. The ideal candidate is active and eager to take new initiatives aimed at advancing the branch's performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on branch operations management, customer relationship development, and cost control, ensuring that the branch meets or exceeds its financial goals. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch activities including profit and loss management, cash reconciliation, vault controls, and preparing detailed financial models. This position entails using advanced data tools such as Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and creating performance dashboards to continuously monitor branch health. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a high level of performance management skills to effectively lead a diverse team in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient and compliant processing of transactions and customer interactions.
Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and achieve satisfaction goals.
Manage branch profit and loss statements, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Supervise cash reconciliation and maintain stringent vault controls to secure branch assets and prevent discrepancies.
Develop accurate branch-level cost and revenue models to forecast financial outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and manage operating budgets and implement rolling forecasts to adapt to changing business conditions.
Use Microsoft Excel tools including PivotTables and Power Query to perform financial analyses and generate insightful reports.
Create and maintain branch performance dashboards to regularly monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 15 employees by setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Drive new initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance branch services and operational effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards in all branch activities.
Identify opportunities for staff development and training to enhance team competencies and performance.
