Understand Theory of change (TOC) and it operationalizing in local context, ability to construct logical frame and write programme narrative.
Manage implementation of projects and coordinate with stakeholders for achieving objective of the Projects.
Work directly with communities to promote community led initiatives including preparation and prioritization of community development plans for equine welfare.
Work directly with community change agents to facilitate the implementation of community projects and design of sustainable strategies for operation.
Work as a trainer and resource person in the trainings organized for the communities and Brooke staff.
Prepare progress reports, and other reports as required by the organization.
Promote projects through case studies, articles and other activities, ensure implementation of community engagement starategy.
Identifying community skills, assets, issues and needs.
Ensuring that local people have their say issues slection, planning and implementation.
Developing new resources in dialogue with the community and evaluating existing programmes.
Helping to raise public awareness on issues relevant to the community.
