Management Consultant

BROOKE is a non-profit public limited (by guarantee) company under section 42 of companies ordinance functioning in Punjab, Sindh & KPK to improve the lives of working equine animals (Horses, Donkeys & Mules) and the people who depend on them. It is an affiliate of an international organization, Brooke.

Brooke Pakistan seeks the services of a consultant for a three month period to assist the CEO in leading the BP team in developing a clear and coherent multi-year plans and budget supported by an engaged and effective structure. A full TOR will be made available to shortlisted candidates.

In applying for this role you should:

· Have significant proven development programme design and delivery experience in rural Pakistan at a senior leadership level.

· Proven experience and capacity in the design and writing of complex, multi-faceted and multi- year, results based programmes in the non-for-profit sector

· Proven experience in facilitating and coordinating work-streams to arrive at a programme design across teams of staff with different interests.

· Deep engagement and understanding of the development context in Pakistan as it affects Brooke

· Fluency in at least one of the local languages and English

· Expertise to design organizational structure and change management plans

· Be resident in Pakistan (desirable).

· Be available immediately and for a full three month period.

· Have interest and understanding of the role of working equines in Pakistan (Desirable)
