About the Role

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring local e-commerce businesses across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to drive new client acquisition and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop a pipeline of qualified e-commerce prospects.
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract closures.
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Achieve individual monthly business development and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or e-commerce solutions will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or other CRM and prospecting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client acquisition.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
