You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues. Your primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and agents warmly and professionally.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist clients with general inquiries and provide information about the Project and direct them to available Sales representatives.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain and update Visitor record lists.
  • Petty Cash handling.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to support various office operations.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
