We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales management within the truck dispatching industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong client relationships, and leading a successful sales team. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who can identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through innovative ways.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team, setting goals and providing feedback to foster growth and development
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role, specifically within the truck dispatching or logistics industry in the USA.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of truck dispatching, logistics, and transportation services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
