Housekeeping Staff

The Courtyard is seeking dedicated and diligent Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness and ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment for guests and employees. This role involves performing various cleaning duties, utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment, and collaborating effectively with team members to uphold the company's high standards of cleanliness. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Good communication skills are essential to coordinate tasks and comply with safety and quality guidelines. This position does not involve managing a team but requires proactive teamwork and reliability.
Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain excellent hygiene and presentation standards. Utilize proper cleaning methods and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations. Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly. Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to complete tasks within schedule and support a positive working environment. Follow all company policies regarding cleanliness, safety, and guest privacy consistently. Attend training sessions as required to stay updated on cleaning protocols and customer service standards. Assist in setting up rooms and public areas for special events or inspections as needed. Maintain clear and respectful communication with supervisors and team members to promote a smooth workflow.
