As a Support Helpdesk Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, troubleshoot and solve technical issues, manage virtualization environments, and more. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, configuring and administering web servers, setting up and configuring firewalls, configuring VPN protocols and technologies, keeping servers up-to-date and providing support for MS Office, Outlook and Office 365/business grade email.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V), nginx, Windows Active Directory, RDS, Windows 10/11 desktops, DNS, and keeping servers up-to-date
  • Solid understanding of networking, including setting up and configuring firewalls (pfsense, Ubuquiti Unifi, Cisco), and VPN protocols (IPSEC, L2TP) and technologies (OpenVPN)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for MS Office, Outlook and Office 365/business grade email
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
