The Dispatch Hub is looking for Truck Dispatcher who have good communication skills, ability to find best-paying loads, negotiating desired rates with carriers, Knowledge of creating and maintaining dedicated lanes and have Complete knowledge of major load boards
Experienced candidates in the trucking industry are preferred.
Truck onboarding.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing Carriers by speaking with them.
- Making Outbound calls and onboarding carriers.
- Adding Loads into the system (Dispatch Management Software) and assign to Trucks.
- Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
- Submitting Invoices
- Maintaining Records
- Negotiating rates and delivery time line.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hardworking & Punctual
- Fluent USA English
- Excellent Communication (Oral and Verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure. Computer Literate (MS Word & Excel)
- Experience in the trucking industry is preferred.
