Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure they are categorized correctly.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Generate and analyze financial statements to provide insights and support decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and monitor budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and report any concerns to management.
Compliance and Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.
