Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers, providing detailed product information and offering customized solutions.
Promote and sell telecom services tailored to customer needs across our portfolio of premium U.S. providers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through persuasive and professional communication.
Identify customer pain points and match them with appropriate service packages to enhance satisfaction and increase conversions.
Accurately process orders in internal systems, ensuring compliance with documentation and quality standards.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and meet performance KPIs (quality, conversion, and retention).
Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance teams to continually improve pitch, service quality, and customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S.-based telecom campaigns (e.g., DirecTV, AT&T, Frontier, Spectrum, Optimum).
Outstanding English communication skills – clear, confident, and persuasive.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage objections with professionalism.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/order processing platforms.
