Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers, providing detailed product information and offering customized solutions.

  • Promote and sell telecom services tailored to customer needs across our portfolio of premium U.S. providers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through persuasive and professional communication.

  • Identify customer pain points and match them with appropriate service packages to enhance satisfaction and increase conversions.

  • Accurately process orders in internal systems, ensuring compliance with documentation and quality standards.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and meet performance KPIs (quality, conversion, and retention).

  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance teams to continually improve pitch, service quality, and customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S.-based telecom campaigns (e.g., DirecTV, AT&T, Frontier, Spectrum, Optimum).

  • Outstanding English communication skills – clear, confident, and persuasive.

  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage objections with professionalism.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/order processing platforms.
