A large food company manufacturing clean drinking water, cooked and raw food, bakery and sweets is looking for the following personnel to be based in Lahore.

2.            Chief Operating Officer (Foods)

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the establishment of our Food Division and manage the ongoing operations and procedures based in Lahore. He will setup the food manufacturing unit and manage its operations to take the production capacity to a large number. Applicant must hold strong management skills and minimum 5 years of experience of setting up food networks.

Responsibilities:

1.       Ensure development of food manufacturing unit and prepare for launch.

2.       Ensure smooth functioning of all operational procedures.

3.       Ensure operations and monitoring system of the entire division and develop feasibilities

4.       Ensure maximum productivity from the manufacturing plants

5.       Expand portfolio by adding new production units to cater to the business needs

6.       Be a part of the management meetings and translate the intent of the Senior Management into strategy and procedures into his team.

Requirements:

·         An overall 15 years of experience in Food production manufacturing and operations and proven experience of at least 5 years as Chief Operating Officer.

·         Understanding of production units such as Bakery, Cooked Food, Sweets and Raw Meat.

·         Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and Business Development.

·         Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

·         Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

·         Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or relevant field.
