Water Plant Manager
We are looking for an experienced water plant manager to manage RO Plant and all production related responsibilities. Applicant must have management & technical skills. Minimum 3 years of experience in production and setting up 2 RO Plants.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Plant operations, maintenance and smooth functioning
- Manage Production
- Establish work priorities & sequence to assign work.
- Timely compliance of all the regulatory agencies and permits, requirements etc.
- Coordinate and communicate operational activities with COO
- Ensure adequate water supply and delivery of assigned quantity.
- Ensure his team adhere to all plant safety procedures and water standards.
- Addressing staff issues and grievances.
- Manage Building Security
