Social Media Specialist

Fustech Lab is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Social Media Specialist. If you have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and a knack for engaging audiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful connections with the online community.
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance, using insights to optimize future strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective demographics, and best practices for each platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that aligns with the brand's tone and voice.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
A passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
