He will be responsible for:

Implement the QC management system at the site.
Coordinate and inspect all types of testing on site.
Recommend changes wherever necessary in specification of materials, parts and products based on inspection results-
Devises and initiates sampling procedures
Conduct periodic follow-up inspections to verify that work is proceeding with the contract documents and the approved submittals.
