Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and databases in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
