• Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Attend meetings with the Chairman, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking to communicate with the Chairman.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of special events, conferences, and company functions.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to other senior executives and department heads as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.
