A real estate sales manager will be responsible for hiring and training real estate agents to grow businesses, and motivating them to close sales.

Sales manager will conduct training that teach agents how to get customers, discuss transactions, secure financing, and complete formalities for the sale.

The real estate sales manager will carry out surveys to spot out the price of competing properties on the housing market and keep an eye on the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to talk them into securing a brokering contract.

  • Manage client relationships and sales of the entire project
  • Developing and deploying/ implementing sales strategies for the project in consultation with Director Sales.
  • Managing sales for B2B and B2C sales.
  • Provide clients with comparative sales information for properties to determine competitive market pricing.
  • Managing partner agencies & Internal/External Sales Communications.
  • Agreement drafting and signing with dealers.
  • To manage the portfolios of Dealers & Clients.
  • To identify potential clients and schedule a meeting for sales and marketing.
  • To present the information regarding products and services offered and also suggest custom solutions.
  • Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Work with HOD to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
  • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Assisting head of sales in maintaining the relationship with clients.
  • Able to manage recovery and client records.
  • Dealers Coordination & Networking.
  • Record maintenance & Reporting.
  • Event Management.
  • Data and Document Collections.
  • Sales Plan & coordinate with the marketing department.
  • Other tasks assigned by reporting HOD

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in real estate sales, with managerial experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams effectively.
  • Proven track record in real estate sales with strategic planning capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of local real estate markets, trends, and customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
