Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Manage inventory and ensure that materials are stored properly and safely.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as necessary to prevent delays in construction.
- Issue materials to workers as needed and track the usage of materials.
- Keep accurate records of stock, receipts, and issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized store area.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols in the storage and handling of materials.
