The Halo Crew is searching for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this virtual role, you will leverage your strong background in sales along with a foundational understanding of electrical engineering to conduct engaging sales consultations with potential customers. You will utilize various technological tools, predominantly Zoom, to connect with clients, build lasting relationships, and effectively promote our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills and be highly proficient with Customer Relationship Management systems, particularly Salesforce. Since this role does not involve managing a team, you will focus solely on driving sales by developing innovative strategies to meet customer needs and help them embrace solar energy solutions for their homes or businesses. Your extensive experience in the solar sales industry will be crucial to our mission of promoting renewable energy and making a positive impact on the environment.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual sales consultations using Zoom to present solar energy solutions to potential clients.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Salesforce, to manage leads, track interactions, and document sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solar solutions accordingly.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring mutual benefits for both the customer and The Halo Crew.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, solar products, and technological advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and effectiveness of solar energy solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to understand and develop campaigns that effectively reach potential solar customers.
  • Follow up diligently with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into successful sales, maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction post-sale and address any service issues or questions that arise, ensuring customer retention and loyalty.
