We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with expertise in taxation, documentation, payroll, and bookkeeping. The candidate must be proficient in accounting software and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file monthly/annual tax returns (Income, Sales, and Withholding Tax).
- Handle salary disbursements, tax deductions, and payroll accounting.
- Maintain accurate records of bank reconciliations, receipts, and payments.
- Manage bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and documentation of financial transactions.
- Process sales invoices, purchase orders, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation schedules.
- Generate periodic financial reports and support external audits.
- Monitor daily bank activities and manage online banking portals.
- Ensure compliance with FBR and SECP regulations.
- Coordinate with HR for employee benefits, salary slips, and related deductions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in taxation and accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Strong grip on MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of local tax laws, FBR portals, and banking processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
