Job Summary:

Responsible for HR Operations including Recruitment & Selection, Learning & development, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Employee engagement, Health Insurance Portfolio, Grievance handing, Employee Motivation and Organizational Development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure effective and timely Recruitment & Selection of vacant positions within the stipulated time period.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements & job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing, recruiting, testing, interviewing program.
  • Responsible for conducting training need analysis & develop training programs according to the skills metrics. 
  • Responsible for implementing and managing cloud based HRM system.
  • Responsible for employee development, engagement & motivational programs.
  • Responsible for effective performance management process for timely execution.
  • Assist in developing Employee Handbook & HR Manual for the company.
  • Responsible for monthly HR Dashboard including Attendance, Leaves, Turn over, payroll costing and other HR Metrics.
