Job purpose

  • Instructor is responsible for the following tasks along with the management & supervision of other instructors, academic activities, coordination & liaison with other institutes, industries and employers for the arrangement of events like Open House, Parent Teacher Meetings, Admission Drives, Out Door Awareness/Marketing campaigns, Job Fairs, Career Counseling and Alumni Support etc. if need be.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Preparation of the training program including the development of lesson Lectures, notes/handouts, periodic tests, quiz, results, daily, weekly & monthly attendance, overall assessment and findings, PTM preparation, coordination with parents, fee collection status, student retention and motivational initiatives, identification and marking of dropouts.
  • Execution of training effectively & efficiently Without deviating the submitted plans and timelines with outstanding results of the students.
  • Coordinating with other staff members in the planning and execution of all internal activities like timetable  development, monthly tests, admission tests, assessment and result ,announcement processes etc.
  • Developing and sharing periodic acadernic /requested reports as and when needed
  • Planning, scheduling. and execution of internal and external skill enhancement trainings of technical &  non-technical staff of THF
  • Providing assistance in the reports development and optimization in order to standardize policies & procedures
  • Learning of academic jobs for development.
  • Provide assistance in the centralized data base management system
  • Maintaining discipline, encouraging creativity, motivation, attitude building and grooming of class  students' to optimize results '
  • Managing the workshops/classroom and the institute clean and decorated with the help of staff,    instructors and students.
  • Maintaining the tools, equipment and machinery of the workshop in working condition.
  • Prepare and share periodic reports regarding the inventory of the workshops
  • Comply with the instructions, rules & regulations, tasks assigned time to time.

Other/Periodic responsibilities

  • To provide administrative and managerial support when assigned e.g.  to  manage necessary arrangements for the practical examination of City & Guilds and Trade Testing Board etc.
  • To prepare, submit and verify the list of consumables before commencement of the session.
