• Preparation of the training program including the development of lesson plans, lectures, notes/handouts, periodic tests, quiz, results, daily, weekly & monthly attendance, overall assessment and findings, reparation, coordination with parents, fee collection status, student retention and motivational initiatives, identification and marking of dropouts
  • Execution of training effectively & efficiently without deviating the submitted plans and timelines with outstanding results of the students
  • Developing and sharing periodic academic/requested reports as and when needed
  • Maintaining discipline, encouraging creativity, motivation, attitude building and grooming of class students' to optimize results
  • Collating training material and planning conditioning to train their clients
  • Relating the strengths and weakness of participants s and planning the training consequently.
  • Analyzing effectiveness and in the training program

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas.
