  • Assist students with navigating college website and software applications. Help answer students’ questions

  • Troubleshooting of workstations

  • Be familiar with computer hardware and software

  • Ability to document processes and procedures

  • Respond to and/or direct inquiries in person or on the phone

  • Maintain data entry or process any office documents

  • Perform clerical duties in support of department

  • Ability to communicate in a concise and effective manner

  • Cooperative in achieving the desired technological goals of the Institute

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
