- Develop & submit the PR quarterly work plan in line with the overall proposal.
- Ensure execution and reporting of all program activities, training, BCC, trainings, etc., as per the approved work-plan.
- Review and approve SRs work plan as well as coordinating and responding timely.
- Design and conduct workshops based on the plan and review as per grant and donor requirements
- Ensure regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities
- Provide appropriate feedback on BCC and media activities
- Provide technical guidance to the provincial and district staff as well as the SRs for effective and efficient implementation of BCC outreach activities, ICCM, trainings, etc.
- Technically support provincial and district level and local NGOs/CBOs for conducting the advocacy, education as well as ICCM.
- Ensure updated record of all relevant activities at federal, provincial and district levels
- Maintain constant communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff
- Represent the program at important forums as well as participate in technical working teams at national level with partners.
- Coordinate and ensure the development of malaria research studies as per the approved work plan.
- Support in developing reports for further submission to donor.
- Coordinate and supervise the development and implementation of activities involving print and electronic media as per work plan for relevant time period.
- Ensure quality capacity building / Training of PR, SRs, SSRs, etc.), need based.
- Support in proposal development, coordinating with CO-PR for information & collaboration.
- Support in collation of information required for submission of donor proposal & ensure sharing with all team members.
- Advise program team and develop templates for budgets including projections and reconciliations.
- Develop internal concepts & guidance documents for standardized implementations of activities across SR’s & SID’s.
Requirenments:
- 8-9 years’ experience of working in the public health programs.
- Experience of managing diversified teams/field working experience of health programs will be of additional value
- Experience, knowledge and report writing skills for public health programs
- Experience in writing the proposals and donor reports
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.
- Experience managing a team, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as assigned.
