Looking for a bachelor degree holder, female, with at least 1 year of work experience in showroom management, customer care, hospitality, or shop clerk.
Her job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Customer care, for walk-ins as well as online inquiries/interaction on social media accounts.
- keeping store inventory upto date and keeping order in the store.
- Update social media posts.
- Liason with technical and sales team over customer orders and inquiries.
- Take orders and work on reaching out to clients with latests offers and inventory.
- Conduct pop up shops and exhibitions for various product lines in the city.
- Must have pleasant mannerisms, high level of patience to deal with customer complaints and feedback, and a professional attitude.
