We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will know WordPress like the back of their hand and will enjoy pushing WordPress to its limits - we don't use pre-built themes here! If you're the sort of person who enjoys beautifully written code, and attention to detail then you'll fit right in.
- Develop seamless custom WordPress themes,
- Develop custom WordPress plugins,
- Build on top of, and expand popular WordPress plugins like Woo Commerce,
- Thoroughly test your work to ensure best performance,
- Build SEO friendly themes, websites layouts
- You must be very accustomed to SEO and Mobile Friendliness
- You must have had experience in managing Google Search Console “Core Web Vitals” concerns to address and resolute issues respectively
- You must have had semantic and fragile web dev temptations
- You will not achieve objectivity only, you are also responsible for code quality, code validations and proper modulations with future capacity building in mind.
- We believe, you would have all your development community standards and you as active member amongst online dev community websites like get hub, stack overflow etc.
Must Haves:
- Building WordPress themes and plugins from scratch,
- Strong PHP and MySQL,
- OOP – Databases – Multiple database on single domain handling
- CDN and Server side configurations expertise
- Strong HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/ jQuery,
- Ability to troubleshoot and test your code,
- Able to make a website seamlessly responsive,
- Excellent coding practices,
- Excellent understanding of user experience,
- Understanding of how SEO can be affected by the build of a website,
- Great attention to detail,
- Experience with Version Control Systems such as Git / BitBucket,
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Sciences or IT from reputable institute.
