Title of position: Call Center Representative
TLS Concepts is looking for a fresh and experience Call Center Representative for USA based outbound campaign. Fresh and experienced candidates can also apply but prior call center experience is a plus point.
Salary : (Market Competitive)
Shifts : 6 PM to 11 AM (Part-Time)
12 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift) (Prefered Night Shift)
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Required qualification & skills:
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment (Fresh can also apply)
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
