Primary Responsibility

  • Responsible for processing the monthly Payroll and employee incentives
  • Provides Constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Oversees the daily workflow of all departments
  • Handles discipline and termination of Employees in accordance with Company Policy
  • Maintains compliance with Federal, Provincial and Local employment laws and regulations, plus recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in the recruitment needs of an organization
  • Map role criteria define position description and document specifications
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and compatibility
  • Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and ft and develop a pool of shortlisted potential candidates
  • Present fully screened qualified candidates to relevant managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews. Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with the hiring manager
  • Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and follow-up references
  • Taking care of overall On-boarding to Off-boarding process
  • Liaise between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation the process through to its completion
  • Liaison with the managers regarding their hiring needs. Maintaining candidate database against every job
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
