Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the CMO and other SM and Marketing leads, develop
- MoonGaming’s community strategy
- Research the crypto, DeFi and gaming markets to stay up-to-date on trends
- Manage and support Discord moderation team
- Manage direct message inbox’s on social media
- Contribute fresh community event ideas, then execute those events
- Measure community engagement and sentiment and provide actionable insights
- Moderate official live streams while coordinating with production team
- Actively engage with MoonGaming’s community on all official destinations
We are looking to see:
- Examples of online communities you have moderated or community managed
- Experience or familiarity with cryptocurrency and DeFi principles
- Familiarity with NFTs and the current market.
Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years direct experience in a similar role in gaming and/or crypto brands for domestic and international markets
- A high level of written communication
- Strong creative vision and a passion for delivering engaging and inspiring content.
- Experience building social (mobile and pc) gaming communities
- A basic understanding of blockchain and play-to-earn game economies
- A growing passion for crypto and games
- Native or business English a must (other languages a bonus)
