Responsibilities:
Define, identify, launch, and drive critical strategic media campaigns for player acquisition, engagement and retention in global markets.
Lead efforts on sophisticated quantitative analysis and translate data into actionable insights. Be willing and able to adjust marketing spend on the fly for best results.
Lead KPI development and tracking across all performance marketing related functions, measuring campaign and digital spend performance across all channels.
Orchestrate campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and awareness keeping in mind important factors such as channels, lifecycle of games, seasonality, costs, competition, ROI etc.
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies along with managing team of linkbuilders and SEO specialists
Conduct keyword research to guide Content creation team.
Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy along with reviewing technical SEO issues and recommending fixes
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
Coordinate with the Social and Community Management team to help optimize our social media official accounts, websites, app store pages and other channels for each game as a prime channel for acquisition and engagement.
Stay up to date on latest developments in the digital media industry and experiment with new creative ideas.
Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to anticipate business needs.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: BS or graduate degree in relevant discipline
3+ years of relevant experience – preferably in gaming / SAAS industry
Candidates with SEO and SEM Certifications will be preferred
Worked in a consumer product company in the marketing team, Gaming preferred.
Excellent English language communication skills in all kind of ways
Passion for games!

Exceptional knowledge of the latest trends in SEO, SEO Strategies and SEO Best Practices.
Proficient with Technical SEO, Content Marketing and Search Marketing techniques.
Knowledge of web analytics tools including SEM Rush, Google Analytics, etc
Hands-on experience of Google Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager.
Superior analytical capabilities with strong insight and proven understanding of how performance marketing works in global markets across all digital and offline channels.
Versatile - Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Technical - Exceptional excel and data analysis skills.
