We are seeking the services of an Administration Manager. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate outstanding admin & management skills & experience in managing the day to day tasks of the resort.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Recruit & train personnel and allocate responsibilities to ensure tasks are done most effectively
- Assess staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage schedules & deadlines of all departments within the resort
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company employees to facilitate smooth operations
- Oversee allied operations of the resort including maintenance activities
- Ensure daily operations adhere to policies & regulations laid out
- Ensure superior service & maximum customer satisfaction is provided to all members
- Respond efficiently & accurately to customer complaints & take remedial measures with regards to the same
Requirements
- Proven work experience in an Administrative role with a reputed organization
- In-depth understanding of management procedures and departmental organization
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team player with leadership skills
- BSC / BA in Business Administration or relative field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent English communication skills
- Age: Below 50 years of age
